Interior standard pricing is $2.05 sqft (whites and neutral colors) $2.35 sqft for custom colors including deep and ultra deep base colors.  Exterior standard pricing is $.95 sqft.  (Additional $.10 sqft for ceilings other then 8’ and $10 a door for doors other then standard sized doors.)

 Any other items not listed here and not that of usual and customary items shall be billed at a cost of $50 per hour.

Multiply the price to the square feet of the home or building and that will be equivalent to the price.  The price includes surface preparation and, eggshell base.  All paint will include Sherwin Williams unless specified otherwise.  All prices of paint products vary according to the market.
